During our on-site “Walk-n-Talk” home staging consultation, we will walk your property side by side with you going from room to room to compile a list of recommendations for work to be completed prior to the sale of your property. We will advise you on how to invest your time, money, and resources to bring your property up to a marketable condition to help you secure the most equity you can get.
Our recommendations will include staging tips, furniture placement, items to edit/purge, areas to be cleaned, painted, and things to be fixed/repaired. For an additional investment, we can provide you with a short checklist of action steps to guide you through the preparation phase or a full detailed priority action plan report to keep you from being overwhelmed with the entire process and to ensure you stay on track.

Hands-On Staging Service
After you have completed your “Action Plan”, we will return to your property and transform the key rooms/areas by utilizing the furniture and accessories that you currently own in new and creative ways. We will make rooms look more spacious by creating a balanced floor plan that will enhance the property’s architectural details which will create a warm and welcoming feeling throughout. Hands-on staging services are sold either by half-day or full-day increments and is often combined with our consultation service.

We will shop for new accessory items like pillows, art, throws, etc and then style the necessary rooms to complete your stage prior to professional photography.
Shopping Service – $175/Hour (with a 3-hour minimum)
